Dear Customers

Our doors are now open….. but we are having to change the way we operate. You can no longer come into the shop without a pre-booked appointment. If you would like an appointment, you must book this through our booking form on the home page. Parents/ carers must attend the appointment with a face mask and we are only allowing one adult with one child to attend any given appointment, if you have 2 children please book 2 appointments.

However, we will be offering a click and collect, home delivery and school drop off as usual.  When ordering for click and collect please wait for a call or email to say that your order is ready before you visit the store to pick it up, we would not want to disappoint you.

If you would feel more comfortable ordering online then to help you out there is a handy guide on our website that has a video about how to measure your child properly for school uniform.  Here is the link directly to that page:

To go even further to protect our customers, we are quarantining all returned garments for 72 hours before putting them back out for resale, in line with government guidance.  Changing rooms will be sanitised between each appointment and tried on uniform will be steamed.

If you haven’t had time to look around our new website, then can I please bring your attention to a new page called “Dress To Impress” you’ll find access to this on our home page.  It has hints and tips from tying your first school tie and cleaning your school shoes to a guide on washing your school uniform.  REMEMBER WE DO NOT LIKE FABRIC CONDITIONER. Below you will find the direct link:

Lastly, for all you social media gurus.  We are on Instagram and Facebook.  Please feel free to give us a thumbs up or a follow.

If you have any questions in the meantime please feel free to email us, or give us a call on 01689 824767.

Looking forward to seeing you all soon.  Please stay well and stay safe.

All the best.

Jon and the OZ Schoolwear Team
