Return, refund and exchange policy

** PLEASE NOTE THIS POLICY RELATES TO ALL ONLINE TRANSACTIONS ONLY**

If for any reason you are not happy with any item supplied by us, please return it at your cost to us unworn/unused and with original packaging with all the labels still attached within fourteen working days starting the day after delivery for a full no-quibble refund .via the same channel that you used for payment of the order. Please ensure all items are returned to us in their original condition, OZ SchoolWear reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with. Underwear and swimwear may not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

For an exchange for a different size, colour or style please order the replacement article(s) required through the site as normal. The replacement(s) will be despatched to you as quickly as possible and a carriage charge will be payable (only applies to England, Wales and Scotland Lowlands). As soon as we receive your returned item(s) we will immediately process a refund for the returned articles via the same channel that you used for payment of the order.

Return the School Uniform item using the Returns Form included with your delivery giving the reason for the returned article(s) so that we can make the necessary improvements in our quality or quality of service. Wrap the School Uniform item securely and address it to the following: OZ SchoolWear, 6 Chatsworth Parade, Queensway, Petts Wood, Kent, BR5 1DF. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting from the post office when returning the item(s) and preferably using a service that requires us to sign a receipt on delivery, so you know that we have definitely received the item(s) back. Remember your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. For the sake of clarity, please note that you have to pay the postage or carriage for returning the item(s) to us.

We will notify you via Email when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned item.

 

DELIVERED INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that you receive School Uniform items which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the School Uniform items in question and any postage costs provided that you notify us of the problem by Email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 3 working days of delivery of the goods plus return them to us, if we request you to. This does not affect your statutory rights.
